We usually ship in 2-3 days via United States Postal Services (USPS). An email notification will be sent out when your order has been processed.
International orders are not insured and not eligible for free shipping. Orders ship in 2-3, but expect 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
In the unfortunate event that you may not like the goods you order, you can return them for a full refund as long as the items are returned within 14 days of the original purchase, and in the exact same condition they were sold in (unworn, with tags etc). We unfortunately can not cover the cost of returning an item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund.
We are happy to exchange your product for a different size if we have it in stock. If you need to start an exchange, send us an email with the size you need at email@example.com and we'll let you know if we have it in stock and follow up with next steps on the exchange process.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Your satisfaction with Wales' Corduroy is tantamount, but at this time this is a start-up venture run by essentially one or two people. Our pieces are not bespoke, and just as many big retailers - our clothing may require a bit of alteration. This is not ideal for a big retailer or Wales, but it is the reality. We simply cannot make products that are exact fits for people. To do so would make costs very high. That said, if you cannot bear your Wales Corduroy item, please send it back with 2 weeks, in good condition and we'll refund.
How do I return an item?
We suggest you return the item using a trackable delivery service. We need to physically sign for an item before we can process a return. We will not be able to refund any item that has been lost in the mail when sent during a non trackable service. Any returns should be authorized by email using the contact form provided.
